Two Challenges for Waterfront

Tonight's card features the Stampin' Up!'s "Waterfront" stamp set. And although over at Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge #138 they asked us to use our favorite set, and this is the first time I'm using this, I know that it's going to be a favorite! I love the versatility of it. It can be a beach or mountain scene, and it's perfect for a guy card too.

My inspiration for the layout came from Hand Stamped Sentiments Sketch Challenge #283.

In addition to that stamp set, my supply list is:

Memento Summer Sky Ink
Memento Toffee Crunch Ink
Memento Rich Cocoa Ink
Memento Desert Sand Ink
Memento Dandelion Ink
Memento Bamboo Leaves Ink
Stampin' Up! Watermelon Wonder Ink
Stampin' Up! Tempting Turquoise Ink
Patterned Papers from Jen Hadfield and Peebles

Thanks to both of these great challenges for the inspiration, and thanks for stopping by my blog today!

  1. AWESOME! You made me instantly want to go to the beach. Way to go with making a fabulously cool card. Thanks for linking up with us at Hand Stamped Sentiments. Smiles, Elizabeth

    1. Thank you so much Elizabeth! I really appreciate the kind comments. :)

  2. What a fun little beach scene! The colors are so bright and summery and go so nicely with the happy polka dot background! Thanks for sharing your creation with us at Hand Stamped Sentiments

  3. Great beach scene. I have not gotten into this set but I love seeing all the samples. Thanks for playing with us at HSS.
